Frequenta la Scuola Popolare di Musica di Testaccio, studia chitarra folk con Tony Ackerman e Mario Fales. Studia in modo analitico le tecniche di Elizabeth Cotten, Big Bill Broonzy, Blind Blake, Rev. Gary Davis etc. Studia chitarra jazz con Maurizio Lazzaro e armonia jazz con Nino De Rose. Frequenta il Centro Romano della Chitarra di S. Notaro per approfondire la tecnica chitarristica classica.
Si esibisce frequentemente al Folkstudio di Cesaroni. Il suo repertorio, strumentale, spazia dai classici americani, utilizzando anche le open-tuning di John Fahey e Leo Kottke agli artisti del folk revival inglese, Davy Graham, John Martyn, John Renbourn e Bert Jansch. Suona in diverse band romane, la CIAC Big Band, i Work in Progress di John Heinemann e attualmente è il chitarrista della Big Fat Band di Massimo Pirone. E' coinvolto inoltre in diversi progetti in quartetto e trio.

Gary Davis etc. in an analytical way He studied jazz guitar with Maurizio Lazzaro and jazz harmony with Nino De Rose.
He attended also the Roman Guitar Center of S. Notaro to learn more about the classical guitar technique.
He frequently performs at Cesaroni's Folkstudio, in Rome. His repertoire, instrumental, ranges from American classics, also using the open-tuning of John Fahey and Leo Kottke to the British folk revival artists, as Davy Graham, John Martyn, John Renbourn and Bert Jansch. He plays in several Roman bands, the CIAC Big Band, John Heinemann's Work in Progress and is currently the guitarist of Massimo Pirone's Big Fat Band. He is also involved in various quartet and trio projects.
